Refund Policy
Bioneers incurs significant expenses prior to the event. Therefore it is necessary that we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:
- Tickets are 100% refundable for 30 days after purchase unless tickets are purchased within 30 days of the event as noted below. We will refund 50% of your ticket for cancellations within 31-60 days after purchase. NO refunds after 60 days from purchase.
- Registrants are expected to have read and be in compliance with The Palace of Fine Arts COVID Policy and the Bioneers Conference COVID Protocols prior to arriving at the venue. No refunds will be issued for lack of compliance with the venue policy and conference protocols.
- Cancellations or refunds requested within 30 days of the event (May 13, 2022) will not be refunded for any reason, even if bought less than 30 days prior. The last day to request a full refund is April 13, 2022. The last day to request a 50% refund is April 13, 2022.
- No-shows will not be refunded for any reason. No exceptions.
- We do not give credit toward the following year’s conference.
- Most tickets are fully transferable. Exception: Work Exchange and complimentary tickets which are given to a specific person. To transfer a ticket the original buyer of the ticket needs to email info@Bioneers.org with the following information about the new attendee: name, email address, cell phone number, job title, company, city & state of residence as well as their order id.
- Bioneers reserves the right to refuse service.
